Prices and availability
Only approved live CRM prices can be used for online checkout. Sample collection prices are for preview and cannot create a payable order. Custom-size and personalised orders require a confirmed quote.
Order confirmation
An online order is confirmed only after the server verifies a captured payment and records the order in the CRM. A browser success message alone is not payment verification.
Comfort terms
Read the 30-night comfort policy. Standard mattresses and custom-size/personalised builds have different return eligibility.
