30 nights from delivery
Your home comfort trial begins on the actual delivery date. For normal comfort concerns, try the mattress for 15 nights before requesting an adjustment. Report transit damage or manufacturing defects immediately; the settling period does not apply to them.
One free comfort adjustment
Eligible mattresses receive one agreed comfort-layer adjustment. Collection and redelivery are included within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
Time after an adjustment
You receive 15 nights from adjustment redelivery, or the remainder of the original 30-night trial, whichever is longer.
Standard mattresses
Choose an eligible comfort adjustment or an eligible full refund. A comfort adjustment is not compulsory before requesting a return.
Custom-size and personalised builds
One agreed comfort adjustment is included. Comfort-based returns are not available. The applicable custom or personalised terms must be shown before payment.
Condition and transport
Normal trial use is accepted. Keep the mattress protected and free from stains, tears or misuse. Eligible return pickup is included within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Arrangements outside those cities must be confirmed before purchase.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after collection and inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
