Eligible standard mattresses qualify under our 30-night Comfort Match policy. An adjustment is not compulsory before an eligible return. Custom-size and personalised builds have no comfort-based return.

Eligible refunds
After collection and inspection, eligible refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days. Local eligible pickup is included within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
Cancellation requests
Contact the team promptly before production or dispatch. A general cancellation window or fee has not yet been confirmed; obtain the applicable terms before paying, especially for custom builds.
Damage or defects
Report immediately with your order reference and photographs. The 15-night settling period does not apply to damage or defects.
