Single, double, queen or king?
Your dimensions come first.

Single, double, queen and king width groups: 30/36, 42/48, 60/66 and 70/72 inches respectively — Bed names are not universal. Choose your actual length and width from the table below.

Dimensions are length × width in inches. For centimetres, multiply inches by 2.54. These sizes help you choose; they do not replace measuring your bed.

Side-view height guide: mattress thickness excludes the frame, base and legs

Check the whole sitting height.

Mattress thickness is separate from the bed base and legs. Think about how comfortably you sit and get in or out. Anchor has 6- and 8-inch options; Align, Bloom and Flip have 6, 8 and 10.

A 76 by 58 inch custom mattress uses the next covering 78 by 60 inch listed size for pricing, while retaining its actual made dimensions

Your size stays your size.

A supported custom mattress is made to your confirmed actual dimensions. Its price uses the smallest listed standard size covering both measurements. In this example, 76 × 58 is billed at 78 × 60.
