Are these fixed models or personalised builds?

Align, Anchor, Bloom and Flip have their own defined constructions and feel guides. Separate personalised builds are arranged with our team and have their own agreed specifications and terms.

Is the Comfort Match a medical assessment?

No. The quiz helps you explore comfort preferences. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Can I order a custom size?

Choose Custom size and enter your bed’s inner length and width. Supported custom dimensions are priced using the smallest listed standard size covering both measurements. Ask our team about larger dimensions.

What if comfort feels different at home?

Contact a Comfort Expert to discuss your experience. Our standard-mattress trial is 30 nights. After 15 nights, ask about a free adjustment. Eligible standard mattresses may also qualify for a refund; custom and personalised builds have different terms.

What does the warranty cover?

Each model has a 10-year limited product warranty, subject to written DREAMNICE terms. Request the full coverage, exclusions and claim process before purchasing.
