What does “personalized” actually mean?
For a personalised build, you try different layer combinations with our team before the mattress is made. Your feedback helps us choose the combination you find most comfortable. We confirm the construction, size, price and personalised-build terms with you before making it.
Is the Comfort Match a medical assessment?
No. The quiz helps you explore comfort preferences. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Can I order a custom size?
The design includes custom-size options. Contact the team to confirm available dimensions, pricing and lead time before ordering.
What if comfort feels different at home?
Contact a Comfort Expert to discuss your experience. Eligible standard mattresses have a 30-night trial. After 15 nights, ask about one free adjustment; an eligible standard-mattress refund does not require an adjustment first. Custom/personalised builds have different return terms.
What does the warranty cover?
The design advertises a 10-year warranty. The business must supply the full coverage, exclusions and claim process before online sales open.
